DatamanUSA is looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner 3 for our direct client based in CO. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a quick learner with excellent people skills.

Job Details:• Job Title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner 3• Location: Colorado Springs, CO • Duration: 6 months

Basic Qualifications:*) Bachelor’s degree and six or more years of recruiting and sourcing experience; or an additional four years of experience in lieu of a degree.*) Experience with full life-cycle recruiting and sourcing diverse, technical talent across various engineering, manufacturing, and other disciplines.*) Documented social media savviness with extensive online networks.*) Demonstrated history of partnering and engaging with HR and hiring managers and establishing credibility with extensive business acumen.Preferred Qualifications:*) Background in agency recruiting*) Excellent planning and organizational skills; able to manage multiple high-priority projects effectively in a high volume, fast-paced service environment*) Self-directed, excellent customer service skills and results orientation*) Experience with server-based applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday and/or Eightfold*) Prefer experience developing competitive market intelligence for talent*) Demonstrate a strong understanding of OFCCP process compliance*) Ability to demonstrate effective ways to build talent pipelines and tactical research*) Knowledge of alternative search techniques to find and engage passive candidates
