Job Details:• Job Title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner 3• Location: Redondo Beach, CA • Duration: 6 months

Basic Qualifications:*) Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience (or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree).*) Experience with full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing.*) Proven experience recruiting technical talent across engineering, manufacturing, or related disciplines.*) Strong social media sourcing and networking skills.*) Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR business partners.

Preferred Qualifications:*) Agency recruiting experience.*) Experience with Workday and/or Eightfold ATS.*) Knowledge of OFCCP compliance and recruiting best practices.*) Experience developing talent pipelines and competitive market intelligence.*) Strong organizational, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
