Job Description
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and logistics support.
- Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners throughout the hiring process.
- Support creation, review, and distribution of offer letters and onboarding documentation with high attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data within applicant tracking systems and reporting tools.
- Ensure data integrity across recruiting systems, trackers, and related HR platforms.
- Manage scheduling coordination and maintain interview calendars and logistics tracking.
- Provide high-quality candidate experience and responsive communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support HR and recruiting projects and initiatives as needed.
- Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) for tracking, reporting, and communication.
- Operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment requiring strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
