This role supports the Global Talent Acquisition Organization within the Operations & Innovation team, serving as a key partner in recruiter enablement, change management, and Talent Acquisition technology support. The position is responsible for driving adoption of recruiting processes and tools, providing technical troubleshooting for ATS and CRM platforms, managing support cases, and partnering with stakeholders to improve the recruiter and hiring manager experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Talent Acquisition enablement programs, training, communications, and change management initiatives to support process and technology adoption.Provide operational and technical support for Talent Acquisition systems, including troubleshooting ATS and CRM issues, managing ServiceNow tickets, and resolving user inquiries.Create and maintain training materials, knowledge articles, playbooks, and process documentation to support global recruiting teams.Monitor user adoption, identify recurring issues, and recommend solutions that improve system effectiveness and user experience.QualificationsBachelor's degree required.Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, HR Technology, HR Operations, Learning & Development, or a related field.Experience supporting ATS, CRM, HRIS, or similar enterprise systems.Experience troubleshooting user issues and managing cases through ServiceNow or a similar ticketing platform.Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Experience creating training materials, knowledge content, and process documentation.Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and SharePoint.
