Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Stark Tech is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team, based in our Longwood, FL office. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on staying organized in a fast-moving environment, and wants to be a hands-on part of the candidate experience from first contact through offer.  You'll partner closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers, coordinating the moving pieces of full-cycle recruitment scheduling, screening, verifications, and events while helping build the pipelines that keep Stark Tech growing, including our college and university partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities in support of our Talent Acquisition Specialists, from applicant review through offer stage
• Conduct preliminary phone screens and assist with candidate movement through the selection process
• Schedule and coordinate interviews using our Applicant Tracking System (Phenom), keeping candidates and hiring teams informed along the way
• Coordinate employment verifications, reference checks, and background screenings through our third-party screening partner
• Support the Employee Referral Program and internal mobility process
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to support early-career talent pipelines
• Coordinate job fairs and recruiting events, including planning, logistics, and on-site representation
• Recommend process improvements and support ad hoc Talent Acquisition initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 12 years of experience supporting recruitment and selection processes sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, job fairs, and candidate communications
• Experience supporting recruitment across multiple roles and levels in a high-volume, fast-paced environment preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills comfortable multi-tasking and adapting in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Comfortable learning and working in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Comfortable maintaining accurate recruitment records and supporting basic reporting needs
• Working knowledge of recruitment and selection best practices and applicable federal, state, and local hiring laws
