Job Title: Talent Acquisition CoordinatorJob ID: 26-00606Location: HARTFORD, CTDuration: 06 months on W2 contract (potential extension) Work Model: Hybrid (Mon–Wed onsite, Thu–Fri remote; flexibility required) Work Hours: 8:00–4:30 or 8:30–5:00Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiters and hiring managers by scheduling high-volume interviews and assisting with day-to-day talent acquisition activities. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews for internal and external candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters
- Monitor shared inboxes and support TA operations
- Greet candidates and new hires as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- 1–2 years of customer service or talent acquisition support experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
