Talent Acquisition Early Career/College Recruiter Nashua NH Contract- 1st Shift, 9/80 Hours: 8am- 5pm Pay Rate: $27.22/Hr. Benefits: overtime, medical, dental, vision, 401k Travel: 20%REQUIREMENTS:Talent Acquisition Early Career/College Recruiter

US Citizenship*
High school diploma*
At least 2 years of experience working high volume recruiting, preferably in a similar industry or sector*
Proven track record of success in managing a large number of requisitions and achieving recruitment goals*
Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, laws, and regulations*
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills*
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines*
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data and provide insights to stakeholders*
Proficiency in recruitment software and technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management systems

JOB DESCRIPTION: Talent Acquisition Early Career/College RecruiterOur client is seeking an experienced and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist Emerging Talent/College Recruiter to join our team on contract basis. As a key member of the recruiting team, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of requisitions across all areas of the business in one of the client's sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in high-volume recruiting, with a strong ability to manage multiple requisitions, develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, provide a positive candidate experience, and ensure adherence to compliance policies throughout the process.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Talent Acquisition Early Career/College Recruiter

Manage a large portfolio of high-volume requisitions across multiple areas of the business, ensuring timely and efficient recruiting processes*
Ensure hiring managers understand the hiring process, compliance, and nuances of early career hiring*
Effectively communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process*
Utilize ATS, CRM, and other tools to screen a high volume of candidates in order to identify top talent*
Adhere to all process and policy needed to maintain compliance throughout the hiring process

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE: Talent Acquisition Early Career/College Recruiter

Bachelor's Degree*
Recruiting experience in a similar industry or sector*
Experience with early career/college/intern recruiting*
Experience with BrassRing ATS*
Experience with Phenom CRM*
Strong project management skills
