Talent Acquisition Early Career/College Recruiter

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.US Citizenship Required.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in high-volume recruiting, with a strong ability to manage multiple requisitions, develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, provide a positive candidate experience, and ensure adherence to compliance policies throughout the process. Key responsibilities: - Manage a large portfolio of high volume requisitions across multiple areas of the business, ensuring timely and efficient recruiting processes

• Ensure hiring managers understand the hiring process, compliance, and nuances of early career hiring
• Effectively communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Utilize ATS, CRM, and other tools to screen a high volume of candidates in order to identify top talent
• Adhere to all process and policy needed to maintain compliance throughout the hiring processRequirements:
• At least 2 years of experience working in high-volume recruiting, preferably in a similar industry or sector
• Proven track record of success in managing a large number of requisitions and achieving recruitment goals
• Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, laws, and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to analyze data and provide insights to stakeholders
• Proficiency in recruitment software and technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management systemsAt least 2 years of experience working high volume recruitingBachelors Degree
