Build diverse talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies

Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and community outreach

Design and deliver a seamless, engaging onboarding experience

Support benefits administration and manage open enrollment processes

Drive employee engagement and foster an inclusive company culture

Coordinate performance management cycles and training initiatives

Identify skill gaps and implement development programs

Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance standards are met

Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws

Experience using ATS or HCM systems and Microsoft Office tools

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Experience in construction or trades industries is a plus
