My client is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Business Partner in Columbus, OH to be the strategic TA advisor to executive leadership and lead full-cycle hiring for professional through executive roles across the company. Opportunity to modernize/build a best-in-class TA function, leveraging AI and modern recruiting tech. Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and engaging passive candidates using advanced sourcing strategies and professional networking.*
- Conducting structured interviews and comprehensive candidate assessments.*
- Presenting highly qualified candidates with thoughtful recommendations and hiring insights.*
- Managing confidential and executive-level searches with professionalism and discretion.*
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
- Bachelor's degree required.*
- 8+ years of progressive corporate talent acquisition experience.*
- Demonstrated success recruiting professional, management, director, and executive-level talent.*
- Proven ability to partner directly with senior executives and business leaders.*
- Expertise identifying, engaging, and recruiting passive candidates.*
- Strong interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.*
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.*
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence hiring decisions through insight and data.
