Job Description
Oxford Solutions is working with a multi-site healthcare organization seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting efforts, support hiring across multiple locations, and improve recruiting processes and systems. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that is remote within the Eastern Time Zone, with travel required.
This role is an equal mix of hands-on recruiting and recruiting leadership, process improvement, and systems support. Candidates must have prior healthcare recruiting experience, ideally supporting clinical, medical, behavioral health, or other healthcare-related hiring.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical, medical, operational, leadership, and corporate positions.
- Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand staffing needs and build proactive recruiting strategies.
- Improve recruiting processes, workflows, systems, and reporting.
- Help establish consistent recruiting practices across multiple locations and states.
- Monitor recruiting activity and key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support workforce planning and broader talent acquisition initiatives.
- Travel periodically to facilities and company locations as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- 2+ years of recruiting leadership, management, or team lead experience.
- Prior healthcare recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting clinical, medical, behavioral health, or other healthcare-related positions.
- Experience supporting recruiting across multiple locations and states.
- Proven ability to lead and develop recruiters while remaining actively involved in day-to-day recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting processes, systems, metrics, and workflow improvement.
- Strong communication and partnership skills with hiring managers and operational leadership.
- Must be located within the Eastern Time Zone and able to travel as required.
