Sentara exists to be the trusted partner to individuals and the community in their journey to improved health and well-being, and is one of the largest health systems in the U.S. Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, with 12 hospitals across Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina.

Everything we do is guided by our core values: People, Quality, Patient Safety, Service, and Integrity. As the Talent Acquisition Manager over Nurse Recruitment, you'll live these values daily by building the nursing workforce that makes our mission possible.

Why This Role Matters

As one of two Talent Acquisition Managers over Nurse Recruitment, you'll help shape the operational foundation of our nursing talent strategy, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire exceptional RNs and nursing professionals across our system. We hire over 2,100 nurses each year, and you'll co-lead a team of 20 to 25 nurse recruiters driving that volume. In a healthcare landscape where nursing talent is one of the most competitive and mission-critical hires an organization makes, this role is central to our ability to deliver quality, safe patient care in the communities we serve.
