Talent Acquisition Manager

Vintage Park | Houston, TX | Reports to VP, Human Resources| $105k-$110K

Position Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale recruiting for a fast-growing multi-unit service organization. This role is responsible for building recruiting strategy, managing recruiter performance, and implementing systems that support high-volume hiring across multiple regions.

You will partner closely with Operations leadership to ensure we attract, hire, and onboard top talent efficiently while maintaining a strong candidate experience. This role is ideal for a recruiting leader who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and driving measurable hiring outcomes in a high-growth environment.

What You'll Do

Recruiting Strategy & Execution

Lead the company’s talent acquisition strategy for high-volume hourly hiring across multiple markets
Partner with Regional Directors and operational leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop regional recruiting strategies
Coordinate hiring events, recruiting campaigns, and targeted sourcing strategies

Team Leadership

Manage and develop the Talent Acquisition team including recruiters and recruiting coordinators
Establish clear performance expectations and accountability for hiring outcomes
Coach recruiters on pipeline management, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience

Process & Technology

Design and implement scalable recruiting processes and workflows
Optimize the company’s Applicant Tracking System and recruiting technology stack
Oversee requisition management, candidate pipelines, and hiring workflows

Recruitment Marketing

Manage job advertising strategy including job boards, employer branding, and advertising budgets
Monitor candidate flow and adjust sourcing strategies to maximize results

Data & Performance

Analyze recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, applicant conversion rates, and hiring volume
Provide leadership with regular reporting and insights on recruiting performance and market challenge

Education and Experience

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) and 5-8 years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience with 2–3 years leading or mentoring recruiters. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred.
