Job Description

Location: Las Vegas, NVSalary: Depends on ExperienceDescription: One of our clients in the gaming industry is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst. This role sits at the intersection of recruiting, data, and operations partnering closely with TA leadership to drive efficiency and insights.Hybrid in Las Vegas (3 days onsite, 2 remote)Short term contract position 2-3 monthsResponsibilities

Support recruiter capacity planning, workload balancing, and requisition distribution
Track and analyze recruiting metrics, KPIs, and pipeline health
Build and deliver dashboards, reporting, and executive insights
Lead or support TA initiatives, process improvements, and operational projects
Partner cross-functionally with TA leadership, HR, and business stakeholders
Help optimize tools, systems, and recruiting workflows

Qualifications

5+ years in TA Operations, Recruiting Ops, HR Ops, or Analytics
Strong experience with recruiting metrics, reporting, and data analysis
Hands-on experience with ATS systems (Workday, Greenhouse, etc.)
Advanced skills in Excel and/or reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Proven ability to manage projects and multiple priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
