Overview
Job Description
- Support recruiter capacity planning, workload balancing, and requisition distribution
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics, KPIs, and pipeline health
- Build and deliver dashboards, reporting, and executive insights
- Lead or support TA initiatives, process improvements, and operational projects
- Partner cross-functionally with TA leadership, HR, and business stakeholders
- Help optimize tools, systems, and recruiting workflows
- 5+ years in TA Operations, Recruiting Ops, HR Ops, or Analytics
- Strong experience with recruiting metrics, reporting, and data analysis
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems (Workday, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Advanced skills in Excel and/or reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven ability to manage projects and multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
