Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruitment, Marketing, and Engagement) supports recruiting efforts across assigned markets by executing recruitment marketing, sourcing, and candidate engagement activities. Following Caliber's recruiting processes, systems, and legal requirements, this position networks, sources, and drives applicant generation through targeted outreach and advertising while maintaining alignment with Caliber standards.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Develops and Executes Strategic Recruiting Plans:

  • Communicates regularly with Talent Acquisition Managers regarding KPI alignment and achievement, recruitment process updates and changes, and internal customer alignment. The Recruitment, Marketing, and Engagement Partner supports recruiting efforts across assigned markets by executing recruitment marketing, sourcing, and candidate engagement activities. Following Caliber's recruiting processes, systems, and legal requirements, this position networks, sources, and drives applicant generation through targeted outreach and advertising while maintaining alignment with Caliber standards.

  • Proactively communicates regularly with Talent Acquisition Advisors, direct management, and operational leadership to review staffing strategy, providing recommendations, and understanding recruiting needs. Provides regular updates.

  • Develops and supports recruitment marketing content and advertising across approved platforms.

  • Executes recruitment marketing and engagement activities to support current and future hiring needs.

  • Builds and maintains candidate pipelines using CRM tools, job boards, social platforms, hiring events, and industry channels.

  • Assists with networking efforts to identify and engage passive candidates.

  • Coordinates campaign timelines and vendor communications.

  • Supports teammate referral and alumni outreach initiatives.

  • Monitors basic performance metrics, as requested.

  • Executes CRM-based outreach and candidate communications.

  • Ensures timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Networking for Applicant Generation:

  • Promotes and expands the teammate referral and alumni referral networks.

  • Working with operations and business development leaders, builds professional networks to help surface passive candidates.

  • Independently leverages a variety of sourcing tools and strategies (i.e., Indeed, LinkedIn, social media and hiring events) to provide a high caliber slate of candidates.

  • Independently work with internal and external partners to form and maintain "competitive intelligence" on competitors within the market and follows Caliber's guidelines on recruiting from competition.

General:

  • Assist with routine projects related to recruiting, employment branding and the overall recruitment process as assigned.

  • Performs other duties as required.

  • Performs regular, in-market travel with occasional out of market travel.

Requirements, Skills & Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge and skills

  • 2-4 years of Recruiting and/or HR experience

  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management systems, Workday and CRM highly preferred

  • Proficient in Canva and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Familiarity with digital and social recruiting platforms.

  • High volume recruiting experience preferred

  • Familiar and demonstrates knowledge of a variety of the HR concepts, practices, and procedures

  • Ability to identify and handle priority and/or sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management

  • Proactive approach towards improving processes and systems.

  • Effective written and verbal communication/interaction skills

  • Must have strong organizational skills
