Welcome to Haleon. We're a purpose-driven, world-class consumer company putting everyday health in the hands of millions. In just three years since our launch, we've grown, evolved and are now entering an exciting new chapter - one filled with bold ambitions and enormous opportunity.

Our trusted portfolio of brands - including Sensodyne, Panadol, Advil, Voltaren, Theraflu, Otrivin, and Centrum - lead in resilient and growing categories. What sets us apart is our unique blend of deep human understanding and trusted science.

Now it's time to fully realise the full potential of our business and our people. We do this through our Win as One strategy. It puts our purpose - to deliver better everyday health with humanity - at the heart of everything we do. It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.

Are you energized by shaping how a global consumer health company attracts, engages, and hires exceptional talent? As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Haleon, you will play a pivotal role in building pipelines, advising business leaders, and delivering a candidate experience that reflects our purpose: to deliver better everyday health with humanity.

In this role, you will operate in a global matrix environment and partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to deliver thoughtful, efficient, and inclusive recruitment solutions. You will bring market insight, sourcing expertise, and strong stakeholder management to help Haleon hire the talent needed to support our business ambitions.

This role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact while advancing your career in a purpose-led, fast-moving organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activity for key vacancies, developing tailored strategies across sourcing, attraction, assessment, selection, and offer management.

  • Partner with hiring leaders and HR stakeholders to understand business priorities, advise on talent market dynamics, and deliver recruitment solutions that support Haleon's growth strategy.

  • Manage complex and business-critical hiring initiatives while ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for candidates and stakeholders.

  • Use data, market insight, and talent intelligence to anticipate hiring needs, strengthen talent pipelines, and support workforce planning decisions.

  • Build strong external pipelines for priority capabilities, leveraging digital sourcing, networking, referrals, and Haleon employees as talent ambassadors.

  • Improve recruitment outcomes by enhancing candidate quality, reducing time to fill, and continuously improving the customer and candidate experience.

  • Select appropriate recruitment channels and assessment approaches, balancing quality, speed, cost, and compliance with Haleon policies and standards.

  • Represent Haleon's employer brand in the market and help position the company as a destination for talent in consumer health.

Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)

Salary range: $109,816 - $150,997 USD annually plus an annual bonus.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals who bring the following required skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including direct sourcing, stakeholder partnership, candidate management, and offer execution.

  • Experience recruiting for R&D, corporate functions, or other specialized professional roles.

  • Experience managing complex hiring processes, including compensation discussions, offer negotiation, and candidate close strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

The following experience and capabilities would be a plus:

  • Strong consultative communication skills with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies and build long-term candidate relationships.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

  • Executive search, direct sourcing, or talent mapping experience.

  • Strong curiosity about talent markets, employer branding, and the evolving candidate experience.

Why Haleon?

At Haleon, our purpose is to deliver better everyday health with humanity. You will join a company where talent acquisition is a strategic enabler of growth, where your voice can influence hiring decisions, and where you can help create meaningful career opportunities for people across the business.
