Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic and results driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team. In this role, you will report directly to the HR Director and play a key part in shaping our organization by identifying and attracting top talent. Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and execute all phases of the recruitment process that align with annual and long-term organizational goals.

  • Partner with HR to build talent strategy focusing on organizational impact.

  • Collaborate with department managers to create detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria that reflect business needs.

  • Proactively source and connect with candidates for a variety of roles, including but not limited to: Field Sales Engineers/Field Service Engineers, Mechanical/Electrical Engineers, Product Management, Technicians, Assemblers and Customer Service.

  • Create and build partnerships locally and nationally (trade schools, universities, military bases).

  • Review and screen applications and assess candidates for both technical qualifications and cultural fit.

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Partners during the offer process, ensuring alignment on compensation, incentives, start dates, and pre-employment process.

  • Partner with HR Coordinator in preparation for new hire start date by gathering candidate pre-employment information.

  • Develops and leads training for managers on effective recruitment, interviewing and onboarding.

  • Collect, track, and analyze recruiting KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion rates) to identify trends and recommend process improvements.

  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Attends and participates in recruiting events and other talent-related initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:

  • Proven track record of partnering with business leaders to create and execute talent acquisition strategies that align workforce needs with organizational priorities and long-term business goals.

  • Proven experience in high volume recruitment with manufacturing, operations and engineering or similar environments preferred.

  • Experience with national recruitment for remote, field and in-person positions.

  • Experience analyzing recruitment trends and report outs.

  • Experience owning the entire recruitment process from job posting creation to onboarding.

  • Ability to manage 15+ open roles across varying departments at a time.

  • Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills.

  • Passion and alignment with our mission, vision and values.

  • Experience with Workday a plus.

Working Conditions:

Normal office environment, at least 3 days in the office, with local and national travel required 20% of the time.

Compensation Information:

This position has a starting salary range of $115,000 to $125,000 per year. Pay is determined by several factors, including a candidate's experience, relevant skills, and qualifications
