Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner Job Location: Fully Remote (Candidates preferred from CST and EST time zones) Job Duration: 3 Months (Possible extension) Schedule: Hours 8 AM 5 PM, Monday Friday Job Description: Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Partner will support Client s recruitment efforts by identifying, sourcing, and hiring qualified and diverse candidates. This role will manage full-cycle recruitment activities, partner with hiring managers, and support high-volume staffing initiatives across various business functions. Ideal Candidate Profile Rock Star Candidate:

• Experience recruiting for Data Center Technician roles
• Strong full life-cycle recruitment experience
• Experience managing high-volume recruiting requests (40+ requisitions)
• Proven ability to handle multiple project-based hiring requests simultaneously

Good Candidate:

• Experience with full life-cycle recruitment
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting (40+ requisitions)
• Experience managing multiple hiring requests/projects at the same time

Prescreening Questions

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and administer recruitment programs and advertising strategies.
• Source candidates through various social media platforms, networks, and recruiting channels.
• Support internal and external sourcing initiatives and candidate placement.
• Recommend improvements and enhancements to recruitment processes.
• Educate hiring managers and employees on staffing processes, compliance requirements, and career planning.
• Monitor recruitment activities to ensure compliance with staffing policies and regulations.
• Recruit for positions ranging from entry-level to senior-level roles.
• Assist with recruitment efforts for high-level and executive positions.
• Apply recruiting principles, techniques, and procedures to solve complex staffing challenges.
• Provide innovative recruitment solutions and recommendations.
• Share expertise and mentor team members within the recruiting function.
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with client RISE values.
• Build consensus and influence stakeholders to achieve hiring objectives.
• Support operational, project, and service-related recruitment activities.
• Handle sensitive or complex recruiting information effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree preferred with 5 8 years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills based on multiple data sources.
• Ability to evaluate existing processes and recommend improved solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an analytical and inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to perform moderately complex calculations, including percentages, fractions, and financial-related calculations.
