The Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing HR team. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role focused on technical and GTM positions in the U.S. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring a high-quality hiring process and an exceptional candidate experience as we scale.

What You'll Do

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the entire hiring process-from kickoff and sourcing to interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Build a robust pipeline of high-quality, passive candidates using LinkedIn and creative sourcing methodologies.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to define role requirements, develop interview plans, and provide data-driven insights.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and leverage AI and automation to streamline the recruitment funnel and increase efficiency.
  • Employer Branding: Represent Oasis in the market, ensuring a world-class candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or Cybersecurity startup.
  • Tech-Curious Mindset: You are excited about the potential of AI in recruitment (GenAI, advanced sourcing tools) and proactive about experimenting with new tools to work smarter.
  • Execution-Focused: Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority roles in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Data-Driven: Skilled at tracking metrics and using data to advise hiring teams and improve outcomes.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Systems: Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS is a strong advantage.
  • This position is on-site 3 days a week in our NYC office
