We are a growing, multi-state restaurant group headquartered in Costa Mesa, California with 14 locations and an ambitious plan to double our footprint over the next five years. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting and serve as a strategic hiring advisor to the business as we scale

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments, understands restaurant operations, and enjoys building recruiting infrastructure while still rolling up their sleeves.

What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for restaurant management roles
  • Partner closely with operations and leadership to understand workforce needs, forecast hiring, and align talent strategy with growth goals
  • Manage high-volume hiring for restaurant roles while maintaining quality and speed
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, referrals, social platforms, and local market outreach
  • Create and maintain a strong employer brand and candidate experience
  • Lead and continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows to support scale
  • Ensure compliance with California and multi-state employment laws and hiring practices

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Restaurant, hospitality, or multi-site retail recruiting experience required
  • Proven experience hiring at scale across multiple locations and states
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and data-driven recruiting
  • Knowledge of California employment and hiring regulations strongly preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position (seated or standing) for extended periods of time while working at a computer.
  • Frequent use of a computer, including typing, data entry, and reviewing documents on-screen.
  • Occasional lifting or moving of files, office supplies, or equipment up to 30 pounds.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in person, over video, phone, and email.
