Job Description

At Thrasher, we believe that fulfilling work leads to a fulfilling life. Since 1975, we have been committed to exceptional customer service. We are a family-owned residential construction company specializing in waterproofing, foundations, and concrete repair. Our ambitious nature drives our mission to deliver a "WOW" experience and challenge the status quo. We foster a work environment where employees feel valued and passionate while also creating opportunities for growth. We need strong individuals like you to help us set new standards and make a meaningful impact.

Job Description: Your Impact

Are you a strategic thinker who loves solving problems, building relationships, and finding creative ways to get results? As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a key role in helping Thrasher grow by identifying, engaging, and hiring the talent we need to reach our business goals. You'll partner with leaders to understand their needs, anticipate future hiring challenges, and develop recruiting strategies that go beyond simply filling open positions. By using data to uncover trends, tell the story behind recruiting results, and guide decisions, you'll help drive smarter hiring outcomes. Your ability to think independently, stay several steps ahead, and creatively pursue talent in a competitive market will make you an essential partner in our continued growth.

Compensation: Base Salary + Bonus (dependent on experience)
