Job Title: Clinical Talent Acquisition PartnerLocation: Dallas, TX (DFW Area Required)Employment Type: Contract-to-HireWork Environment: Hybrid (schedule based on business needs)Compensation: $33.65 – $43.00 per hour (approximately $80,000 – $90,000 annually)Position SummaryWheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner to support full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles within a healthcare environment. This position partners closely with hiring managers and department leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies, identify qualified healthcare professionals, and manage the hiring process from sourcing through onboarding.The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare recruiting experience, an understanding of clinical terminology, and the ability to effectively conduct intake meetings with hiring leaders to develop targeted recruitment strategies. This role requires a consultative recruiter who can manage multiple requisitions while providing a high level of service to both candidates and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Clinical Recruitment
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical positions from requisition intake through offer and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals
  • Track open requisitions and monitor applicant flow to ensure timely hiring outcomes
Hiring Manager Partnership
  • Conduct detailed intake meetings with hiring leaders to understand job requirements, qualifications, and department needs
  • Provide ongoing updates and reporting to hiring managers regarding candidate pipelines and recruitment progress
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on hiring best practices and recruitment strategies
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
  • Source and attract qualified clinical candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and recruiting platforms
  • Conduct competency-based candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Review candidate applications and ensure alignment with departmental requirements and preferred qualifications
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for further consideration
Recruitment Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, hiring procedures, and applicable employment regulations
  • Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities and candidate status within the applicant tracking system
  • Assist with job postings, recruitment marketing strategies, and development of new talent sourcing channels
Offer Management & Onboarding
  • Facilitate offer discussions and negotiate employment offers with candidates and hiring departments
  • Prepare hiring documentation and placement notifications
  • Coordinate onboarding activities including scheduling new employee orientation
Collaboration & Talent Engagement
  • Partner with HR teams and departmental leaders to address workforce challenges and improve recruitment processes
  • Attend job fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities to promote available clinical roles
  • Assist with orientation or training for new employees or HR team members when needed
  • Provide backup support to recruiting team members as required
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience
  • Clinical or healthcare recruiting experience required with familiarity in clinical terminology
  • Experience conducting intake meetings with hiring managers and department leaders
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and pipeline management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of healthcare recruiting practices and clinical role requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative recruiting skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to interpret HR policies and provide guidance to hiring managers
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
Work Environment

  • Candidates must reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area
