• Make high-volume outbound calls to candidates daily.
• Recruit and qualify professionals for financial services positions nationwide.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and database searches.
• Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Work in a highly metric-driven environment focused on: Calls Interviews Submittals Placements Business development activity.

KPI Expectations

• This is a performance-driven environment. Successful recruiters are comfortable with 200-250 + outbound calls weekly.
• 20-25 candidate interviews weekly.
• 15+ candidate submittals weekly.
• Consistent recruiting and sales activity throughout the day.
• Managing multiple priorities with speed and urgency.

What We're Looking For Required:

• Experience in a KPI-driven sales or recruiting environment.
• Heavy outbound phone experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive mindset with strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

Preferred:

• Financial services industry experience.
• Mortgage, banking, collections, title/escrow, or lending background Staffing or recruiting experience.
• Experience working toward activity and production goals.
