Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Position Summary
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support the growth and transformation of the Services organization. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with business leaders, and developing innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a customer-focused, consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Play a critical role in the growth and transformation of the Services organization.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Partner with HR and Services leadership to support hiring needs and overall business objectives.
- Recruit talent across Services, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and other critical business functions.
- Build Talent Acquisition expertise through strong relationships, effective processes, and recruiting technology.
- Develop and implement talent programs that support business goals and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team by sharing knowledge, best practices, and innovative recruiting strategies.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and deliver greater value to the organization.
- Demonstrate a consultative, customer-focused mindset in all interactions with hiring managers and candidates.
- Take ownership of daily responsibilities with professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume recruiting or staffing preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to gain stakeholder buy-in.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather data, analyze trends, and present findings to various audiences.
- Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative and consultative approach.
