We’recurrently looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support our venue leadership teams in filling salaried roles and delivering an exceptional recruitment experience across ourvenues.

About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is a key partner to our venue leadership teams, responsible for sourcing top talent,optimizinghiring processes, and deliveringexceptionalcandidate and hiring manager experience. You will manage full life cycle recruiting for salaried positions and play a critical role in shaping the hiring strategies that support our growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Acquisition
Partner with venue leadership to understand hiring needs and build tailored recruitment strategies for salaried roles.
Proactively source and attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and other innovative channels.
Drive forward-thinking recruiting strategies that strengthen our employer brand and expandhigh-qualitycandidate pipelines.
Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience
Maintaintimely, consistent communication with all candidates andhiringmanagers to ensure a smooth, engaging recruitment experience.
Guide candidates and leaders through each stage of the hiring process witha high levelof service, clarity, and professionalism.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights on candidate quality, market trends, and hiring best practices.
Process & Operational Excellence
Manage a high volume of requisitions while prioritizing critical andtime sensitivehiring needs.
Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics toidentifytrends,optimizeprocesses, and drive continuous improvement.
Contributeto ongoing efforts to streamline recruiting workflows and elevate the overall talent acquisition function.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (Required)
5+ years offull cyclerecruiting experience in corporate or agency environments, with strong focus on leadership/salaried hiringin multi-site locations
Excellent client service, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished phone presence.
Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and thrive in afast-changing,fast-pacedenvironment.
Strong multi-tasking, organization, andtime managementabilities.
A high sense of urgency and passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences
