Job Title:Talent Acquisition RecruiterLocation: Franklin, TNJob Type: ContractExpected hours per week:40 hours per weekSchedule:Monday – Friday, 7-4 hybrid.Pay Range$35-37 Per HourJob Description:About the RoleWe are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support hiring across all business functions. This role partners closely with business leaders and HR to deliver full-cycle recruiting solutions. The ideal candidate is metrics-driven, process-focused, highly collaborative, and experienced in managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
- Partner collaboratively with business units and HR team members to meet recruiting goals
- Guide and advise business leaders on staffing processes, policies, and procedures
- Work cross-functionally with Human Resources teams on hiring strategies and headcount planning
- Translate workforce plans into effective recruiting strategies using creative, cost-effective, and timely approaches
- Educate hiring managers and HR partners on recruiting best practices, interviewing techniques, and expectations
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) integrity while ensuring compliance with recruiting policies and applicable employment laws
- Assist in the development and implementation of new HR programs and processes
- Deliver a consistently positive and professional candidate experience by proactively managing expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Working knowledge of the full recruiting lifecycle, including:
- Sourcing (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Candidate evaluation and interviewing
- Pre-employment screening and onboarding
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and talent acquisition technology
- Workday Recruiting experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience in both staffing and corporate environments
- Experience recruiting for technical and/or professional roles
- Bachelor’s Degree required
