Job Description
Talent Acquisition Rep 2 Newport News, VA Contract$30.69-$38.84/hr 7:30am-4:00pm Seeking a talent acquisition professional to join their salaried hiring team! The ideal candidate would have experience working in either a staffing or full-cycle recruitment environment. Additionally, the representative should have experience with reviewing and determining candidate qualifications, salary negotiations, interview scheduling and coordination as well as interfacing with business stakeholders. This position will be on-site 5 days a week and standard business hours are 7:30am-4:00pm.Main functions: Talent Acquisition Rep 2
- Conducts interviews to recruit prospective employees and refers job applicants to specific job openings.*
- Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral.*
- Prepares rating on applicants, makes recommendations on starting salaries, and provides applicants with information on the company.*
- May administer tests and interpret results, check references, arrange transportation of selected applicants, extend formal job offers, work with outside agencies and vendors, etc.
- Process Full Cycle Salaried Job Requisitions*
- Interview and Pre-Screen candidates*
- Prepare and release offers and provide customer support to the business.
- 3 Years with Bachelor's Degree in related field; 1 year of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree
- Experience managing a high volume of requisitions*
- Military recruitment experience*
- Engineering or IT hiring*
- Data Analytics*
- Strategic Recruitment experience
