Job Description

Blue Nile is redefining modern luxury as Signet's premium omnichannel jewelry brand. By combining innovative digital experiences with an expanding network of premium showrooms, we're transforming how customers discover, purchase and experience fine jewelry. As we continue investing in technology, merchandising, and customer experience, we're looking for leaders who are energized by solving complex business problems, influencing enterprise strategy, and driving measurable commercial impact.

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist plays a key role in supporting recruiting across Blue Nile by identifying exceptional talent, building candidate pipelines, and helping execute the day-to-day recruiting activities that keep hiring moving. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Partner, this individual will combine proactive talent research and sourcing with candidate screening, recruiting coordination, and operational support across a diverse and fast-moving portfolio of roles. As a bilingual member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will help ensure an accessible and engaging recruiting experience for both English- and Spanish- speaking candidates, particularly across our Manufacturing organization.

This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who is naturally curious, highly resourceful, organized, and energized by variety. You'll research talent markets, identify and engage prospective candidates, conduct initial screens, and build pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs. At the same time, you'll serve as a flexible member of the Talent Acquisition team—jumping into recruiting administration, candidate coordination, ATS maintenance, job postings, and ad-hoc hiring needs as priorities shift.

Talent Sourcing & Research

  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines supporting active openings, recurring hiring needs and proactive workforce planning.
  • Research talent markets, competitor organizations, industry trends, and emerging sourcing channels to identify strong prospective candidates and new sources of talent.
  • Identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, professional associations, community and university partnerships, job boards, and creative/non-traditional sourcing methods.
  • Develop personalized candidate outreach that generates interest and effectively communicates Blue Nile's opportunities and employer value proposition.
  • Conduct initial candidate screens to assess experience, motivation, qualifications, and alignment with role requirements.

Recruiting Execution & Operations

  • Support recruiting processes from job opening through offer and onboarding, with increasing ownership as experience develops.
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, scheduling, follow-up, and other activities needed to keep recruiting processes moving efficiently.
  • Review, edit, and post job descriptions while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and requisition information within the ATS and other recruiting systems.
  • Support offer documentation, pre-employment activities, onboarding coordination, and other recruiting administration as needed.
  • Provide responsive and professional candidate communication throughout the recruiting process.
  • Assist with recruiting projects, hiring events, reporting, process improvements, and other ad-hoc Talent Acquisition needs.
  • Quickly shift between priorities and assignments as hiring needs change, including providing sourcing or recruiting support to areas of the business experiencing unexpected or urgent demand.

Team & Business Partnership

  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Partner to understand hiring priorities and determine where sourcing and recruiting support will have the greatest impact.
  • Develop an understanding of Blue Nile's teams, positions, talent profiles, and business needs to improve candidate identification and screening.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and internal partners as appropriate, developing the communication and stakeholder-management skills required for increased recruiting ownership.
  • Contribute ideas that improve sourcing strategies, candidate experience, recruiting processes, and overall team efficiency.
  • Approach both high-visibility recruiting assignments and day-to-day administrative work with urgency, ownership, and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of recruiting, talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, agency recruiting, executive search research, or other relevant talent acquisition experience preferred.
  • Strong research skills and curiosity, with the ability to investigate talent markets, identify prospective candidates, and creatively determine where talent can be found.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, candidate databases, job boards, Boolean search, or other sourcing tools required.
  • Experience communicating confidently and professionally with candidates through written outreach, phone/video conversations, and ongoing follow-up.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple searches, deadlines, and administrative responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly and assignments may span very different functions and talent profiles.
  • Strong judgment, initiative, resourcefulness, and willingness to take ownership of both strategic sourcing assignments and routine recruiting tasks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with an ATS or HRIS preferred. Workday and Copilot experience are a plus.
  • Experience recruiting or sourcing within manufacturing, retail, merchandising, marketing, finance, planning, supply chain, or related functions is a plus; jewelry or luxury experience is not required.
