Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to strengthen our talent pipeline and support the recruiting function. This role focuses on identifying qualified candidates, reviewing applications for alignment with role requirements, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing and resume‑evaluation skills, exceptional organization, and the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume ATS application reviews and workflows.
  • Assess applicant resumes to determine candidate alignment with role criteria.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential talent through LinkedIn and other job board platforms to build strong talent pipelines and support hard to fill positions.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews across departments and maintain clear, timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Pipeline & Tracker Management: Maintain accurate candidate data, status updates, and progress metrics within our tracking systems.
  • Calendar & Process Support: Manage the recruiting calendar, coordinating schedules and ensuring timely progression of interviews.
  • Process Documentation: Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, clarity, and efficiency across sourcing and coordination workflows.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner closely with recruiters to understand role requirements and execute sourcing strategies.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in sourcing, talent research, resume screening, or similar work requiring evaluation of candidate qualifications Experience supporting recruiting functions preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ADP strongly preferred)
  • Strong Outlook calendaring skills
  • Attention to Detail: Proven ability to maintain accuracy in data entry, scheduling, documentation, and SOP creation
  • Multitasking & Organization: Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaboration: Team-oriented approach with a commitment to supporting hiring operations
