Job Description

Primary Skills: Marketing Recruiting (advanced), Applicant Tracking Systems (advanced), Full-lifecycle recruiting (advanced), Candidate Relationship Management (advanced), Interviewing and Screening (advanced) Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 6+ Months (Possible Extension) Location: Atlanta, GA Pay Range: $33.10/hr. - $38.76/hr. on W2Job Summary: This role is responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, focusing specifically on marketing positions to drive company growth. You will partner with hiring teams to identify and attract top industry talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the process. This position also involves collaborating with various talent acquisition teams and contributing to special projects.Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for marketing roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and market trends.
Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Partner with internal TA teams to streamline recruitment operations.

Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience in full-lifecycle recruiting.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.
Experience sourcing candidates via social media and job boards.
