The Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist is responsible for full cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. This position partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract top talent, and deliver efficient recruiting processes. The TA Specialist also contributes to employer branding and ensures compliance with hiring practices. 

Primary Responsibilities

    • Partners with hiring managers to review job requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
    • Manage full cycle recruiting from job posting through offer acceptance.
    • Proactively source candidates using job boards, referrals, networking, and social media.
    • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule onsite/virtual interviews.
    • Provide guidance to managers on candidate evaluation and selection.
    • Draft, extend, and negotiate job offers in partnership with HR.
    • Maintain applicant tracking records and deliver recruitment metrics.
    • Support employer branding and talent outreach initiatives. interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and candidate communications.

Position Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
    • Computer skills necessary to enter daily timesheet data and use Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence. 
    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Proficient in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Columbus, OH: $72,216 - $87,573
Dayton, OH: $72,216 - $87,57
