Talent Acquisition Specialist
š„ Position: Talent Acquisition Specialistš Location: Santa Ana, El Salvador.Ā š¼ Work Type: Hybrid (Home Office and On-Site 1 day a week).Ā Do you have experience in global recruitment and a passion for connecting talent across borders?At CLS, we're seeking a Recruiter to help us identify and onboard interpreters from USA and around the world. Weāre looking for someone proactive, resourceful, and skilled at building strong talent pipelines ā especially for hard-to-find languages.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a global network of interpreter candidates
- Source and recruit talent across multiple international platforms
- Collaborate with internal departments and utilize tools such as Microsoft Office 365
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills
- Previous recruitment experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
