This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized professional who enjoys working with people, building strong candidate relationships, and contributing to the success of a long-established, family-owned company.This is an on-site position based in Brockton, Massachusetts. The role requires regular in-person presence and is not remote
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding activities. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesManage recruiting activity for assigned openings from posting through hire
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements
Post jobs on the HRIS system (iSolved) and other recruiting platforms
Source candidates through the HRIS system, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct phone screens and initial candidate evaluations
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist with offer letters, pre-employment documentation, and onboarding coordination
Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking information
Help build candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred
Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, or talent acquisition preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple openings and shifting priorities
Professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment
Experience with Indeed, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office preferred
