Job Title: Talent Acquisition SpecialistLocation: Alpharetta, GA 30009Pay: $20.39 per hour (Weekly Pay!)Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-TimeShift: 1st | Mon-Fri | 8am-5pm

Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description:

Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates for sales and property-based roles
Build and maintain candidate pipelines through community partnerships, workforce programs, and college recruiting initiatives
Review resumes and applications using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and guide the recruitment process
Perform reference checks and initiate background screenings
Prepare and extend offer letters
Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and candidate pipeline reports
Participate in career fairs and recruiting events
Utilize social media and recruiting tools to attract candidates
Ensure compliance with employment laws and recruiting best practices

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience required
Hospitality industry experience preferred
Experience with ATS systems and recruiting tools
Willingness to travel as needed
