Job Description
Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Illinois, Chicago (Remote across US) Duration: 1-2 Months Description: May sit anywhere in US but must be open to work Central time zone Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions. Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and establish selection criteria. Use market intelligence, talent mapping, and sourcing insights to develop recruiting strategies. Configure and optimize recruiting workflows and approved recruiting technologies. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill positions. Review AI-generated candidate recommendations and apply human judgment to hiring decisions. Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication and process management. Support offer development, compensation discussions, approvals, and offer documentation. Maintain accurate recruiting records, compliance documentation, and requisition data. Skills: Full-cycle recruiting Candidate sourcing and talent pipelining Resume screening and candidate assessment Behavioral interviewing Offer development and negotiation Candidate relationship management Hiring manager consultation and partnership Talent market research and competitive intelligence Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Workday AI-enabled recruiting tools Talent mapping tools Recruiting analytics and reporting Data-driven decision making Recruiting workflow management Candidate relationship management (CRM) platforms Market intelligence and compensation analysis Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
