Fives Group is seeking a Talent Aquistion SpecialistAbout Fives Group: Fives Group, headquartered in Paris, France, is an industrial engineering group founded in 1812 that designs and supplies machines, process equipment and production lines for the world’s largest industrial groups including the aluminum, steel, tube and pipe, glass, automotive, aerospace, logistics, cement and energy sectors.  Fives achieved sales of $2.5 billion with a team of over 9000 employees and a network of over 100 operational units in over 25 countries. Summary: The Recruitment Specialist will report to the Manager, Human Resources (TA). Will support the Talent Acquisition team and HR representatives in sourcing candidates for open requisitions.Primary duties and responsibilities: Source/search for, and qualify candidates, using the ATS, CareerBuilder, LocalJobNetwork.com, LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, etc Manage the flow of applicants coming into the ATS. Will review resumes, determine fit, and attach to the requisitions as appropriate. Build and maintain a pipeline of high potential candidates for future opportunities. Assist in the coordination and scheduling of candidate interviews.Knowledge, skills, and abilities: Candidate must have 3+ years of experience in recruitment of technical positions. Candidate must have experience using external job sites such as CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn. Must be familiar with Boolean search logic. Must have a background in social media recruitment techniques. Must have cradle to grave recruitment experience. Candidates should have experience in recruiting and filling positions within the A/E/C or EPCM industries. Candidates must be willing to work non-traditional hours if needed to extend offers or talk with candidates.Education: Bachelors preferred but not required.Benefits: Hired employees will receive great benefits along with an extremely competitive compensation package.
