Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:• Manage the entire recruitment process for construction and corporate roles, including project managers, estimators, engineers, and support staff.• Collaborate with hiring managers and department leads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.• Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, networking, social media, and industry-specific outreach.• This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension, offering a hybrid work schedule in Denver or fully remote in Milwaukee.• A bachelor's degree is preferred, but an associate degree or higher is required.

Required Skills for Talent Acquisition Specialist:• 4-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on construction or corporate hiring.• Previous experience recruiting at an agency, particularly within the construction industry.• Familiarity with ATS systems, with Oracle (ORC) experience being a plus.• Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume.

Compensation Details: $35/hr W2
