Job Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. Our ideal candidate Will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality of work. One who possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong business consulting/partnership mentality will thrive in this role. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and thrive in a collaborative but independent work environment. Must to Have Skills, Experience:
- Must reside in or near Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
- Must have 5 years of experience in recruiting.
- Must have recruited in high volume, manufacturing environment before.
- Must have you worked with SAP Success Factors Recruiting/Onboarding Program.
- Should be proficient in reporting KPI's and metrics for Talent Acquisition.
