Job Description
Operate within recruiting plan to attract talent needed based on business need.
Implement and utilize effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates, including but not limited to advertising, database searches, sourcing of active and passive candidates, networking, internal and external referrals, social media, college/university recruiting, and job fairs.
Screen candidate resumes to ensure required skill set for open position.
Conduct in-depth interviews and make recommendations for hiring managers.
Develop and manage relationships with community organizations and agencies to identify diverse pool of candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to establish a pipeline for future positions.
Maintain all required recruiting activity and reporting information in ATS.
Create job offer and present to candidate.
Ensure the candidate passes all required background checks.
