Our client, an industry leader in workforce solutions, is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources department supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: ONSITE Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Rockledge, FL
Pay Range: $65K-70K
Shift: Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM
What's the Job?
- Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from application to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
What's Needed?
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
