What You'll Do
- Source, recruit, and engage top talent across multiple roles and locations
- Build relationships with candidates and guide them through the hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and align on candidate profiles
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess fit and potential
- Manage and maintain an active pipeline of candidates
- Use creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract talent
- Stay persistent in follow-up and outreach to secure top candidates
- Represent MHI professionally and promote our culture and opportunities
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records
- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
Expected Outcomes (KPI's)
- Consistently fill open positions within targeted timeframes
- Maintain a strong and active pipeline of qualified candidates
- Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal teams
- Successfully fill challenging roles through persistence and creative problem-solving
Background & Experience
- Experience in recruiting, sales, or a people-facing role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Experience with recruiting tools or CRM systems is a plus

Salary Description
$ 55,000 - $58,000 plus bonus structure
