THE JOB:
Join us as an on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist and become a vital part of our recruitment team! You'll provide dedicated administrative support to our Talent Acquisition professionals — managing calendars, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. THE STARTING RATE: $23.00 per hourTHE DAY-TO-DAY:
Provide general office administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including managing correspondence, maintaining organized records, and assisting with day-to-day operational needs
Handle multitasking effectively, working on scheduling, and coordinating timing, while meeting important deadlines.
Manage recruiter calendars, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communications to keep the hiring process moving efficiently
Organize and maintain recruitment materials such as job descriptions and internal resources, keeping files current and accessible
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma or GED required
Preferably has prior experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
