Join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team where you'll play a key role in keeping the hiring process organized, efficient, and candidate-friendly. In this position, you'll work closely with experienced recruiters while building your own recruiting ownership over time. The company is known for its collaborative culture, strong leadership, and commitment to developing its people.Description Partner with Senior Recruiters to support the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer process support
Manage a select number of requisitions independently, with increasing ownership over time
Proactively identify and engage top talent through platforms such as LinkedIn and other targeted sourcing channels
Coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple stakeholders, ensuring efficiency and a high-touch candidate experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support a structured and efficient hiring process
Assist with recruiting analytics, reporting, and ongoing process enhancements Profile 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting coordination
Background in a corporate or professional services environment is strongly preferred
Comfort working in an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse experience is a plus)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
