About the Role:We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Apollo Beach, FL. As our in-house recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing candidates to onboarding — ensuring we attract top talent across all departments.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Post job ads and manage applicant tracking systems
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding process
- Maintain recruitment records and reports
- Represent the company professionally in all candidate interactions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- A positive, proactive approach to talent acquisition
