Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) plays a critical role in enabling the growth of our organization. The TAS plays an essential role in supporting a rapidly growing sales organization by managing high-volume recruitment while providing essential administrative and operational support to the Human Resources function. This role is designed for a highly adaptable professional who excels in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, can manage competing priorities, and remains organized under tight deadlines.

Primary Job Duties:

Recruiting (Primary Focus)

  • Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for sales roles in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
  • Align yourself as the “go to” partner for departmental leaders for all things recruiting and hiring. This is a role where you are recruiting but also helping plan and build teams. The role looks at today's needs – and the future.
  • Partner closely with leadership, Human Resources, and Finance teams to anticipate hiring needs, respond quickly to evolving business demands, and hand-off onboarding responsibilities to designated HR Managers.
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates through multiple channels to maintain a strong and consistent pipeline.
  • Act as a subject matter expert of the company, conducting high-volume initial screenings to express our mission and primary position responsibilities while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage offer logistics, and support time-sensitive hiring decisions.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time updates in the applicant tracking system to support rapid hiring activity.
  • Continuously prioritize requisitions based on business urgency and hiring timelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or administrative support, preferably within a sales-driven or high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated use of AI and use of current technology to ensure we are sourcing best in class candidates while driving efficiencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously with shifting priorities.
  • Is a “people person” - understands that a candidate's first experience with RH is through this role. Strong sense of urgency with the ability to meet aggressive hiring timelines.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills.
  • Clear, confident communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with frequent change.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (LinkedIn Recruiter/Greenhouse and other HR platforms preferred).
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
