Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a key role in scaling our Digital & Product teams. You will work with a wide range of roles - from product managers and designers to digital marketers and analysts - ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality talent that supports the company's growth.
Your Responsibilities
Identify and attract top talent for Product and Business roles.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across various platforms (LinkedIn, Telegram, niche communities, and other channels).
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Maintain, update, and optimize the ATS to ensure smooth processes, transparent tracking, and an excellent candidate experience.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and shape hiring strategy.
Conduct market research, track trends in digital, product, and tech talent markets, and suggest improvements to the recruitment process.
What We Expect From You
3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on digital, product, or technical roles.
Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify qualified candidates through multiple channels and tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience building long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Experience working with recruitment analytics and funnels, including tracking key metrics, analyzing conversion rates, and optimizing hiring processes based on data insights.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Experience working in startups, fast-growing product companies, or international environments is a strong plus.
