Job Description

Seniornest Homecare is expanding with intention. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who understands that exceptional caregivers are the foundation of exceptional client experiences.

This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact recruiting role within a growing, 5 star homecare company — with clear potential for advancement into a leadership position as the organization scales.

If you are motivated, polished, and interested in building something meaningful — not just filling positions — this role offers both responsibility and upward mobility.

The Opportunity

You will lead caregiver recruitment and play a central role in shaping the workforce that supports our clients and families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment of Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) and caregivers

  • Building and maintaining a consistent, high-quality talent pipeline

  • Conducting professional, values-aligned interviews

  • Overseeing onboarding to ensure a smooth and elevated candidate experience

  • Partnering with leadership to forecast staffing needs

  • Tracking recruiting metrics and maintaining strong organization

  • Representing Seniornest at hiring events and community outreach efforts

Growth Path

As Seniornest continues to expand, this role has the potential to evolve into a Director of Talent Acquisition position, overseeing recruiting strategy, team development, and workforce planning.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company — not someone looking for a short-term role.

Who Thrives Here

  • Professionals who value quality, professionalism, and accountability

  • Recruiters who take initiative and operate with ownership

  • Strong communicators who build trust quickly

  • Organized individuals who can manage multiple priorities with composure

  • Those motivated by measurable results and long-term growth

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years recruiting experience (healthcare strongly preferred)

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Hireology, Indeed, etc.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized with strong follow-through

  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits

Seniornest Homecare offers a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, along with performance-based incentive opportunities tied to measurable recruiting outcomes.

We also provide:

  • Health insurance

  • Dental coverage

  • Vision coverage

  • 401(k) retirement plan

  • Paid time off

  • Your Birthday off, paid without the use of a PTO day. We believe in birthdays off!
  • Select remote work flexibility based on performance and business needs

Remote work days are earned through demonstrated accountability, productivity, and consistent results.

Our Culture

Seniornest Homecare is a 5 star organization who has recently been awarded several recognitions. We are continuing to build a refined, dependable, and high-performing team. We hold ourselves to high standards in service, communication, and accountability.

We value professionals who are proactive, thoughtful, and committed to growth — both personally and organizationally. If you’re looking for a role where your effort directly translates into measurable success — we’d love to meet you!
