Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Consumer Products clients in Tampa , FL .

Job Description/Responsibilities : Support job posting preparation, candidate coordination, stakeholder communication, documentation of hiring requirements, scheduling activities, and maintaining recruiting process compliance.
- Required experience
  - 3-5 years experience supporting recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations, or a related field.
  - Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  - Experience coordinating multiple priorities and managing detailed processes.
  - Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Nice to have skills (but not required)
  - Experience working in a corporate recruiting environment.
  - Knowledge of recruiting compliance requirements.
  - Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholder
