The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners closely with Human Resources leadership to support initiatives that attract, develop, and retain a high-performing workforce. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement, using data-driven strategies to support organizational growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
Recruitment & Hiring
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with workforce needs and market trends
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Partner with hiring managers on job descriptions, interview processes, and hiring timelines
- Track and improve time-to-fill metrics and overall hiring effectiveness
Onboarding & Training
- Lead new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a positive employee experience
- Coordinate onboarding plans with managers to support early engagement and retention
- Identify training needs and support organization-wide learning initiatives
- Monitor training completion and evaluate program effectiveness
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Support employee engagement initiatives including surveys, feedback tools, and recognition programs
- Assist in developing strategies to improve retention and workplace culture
- Partner with internal teams to enhance communication, career development, and employee experience
- Track and report on engagement and retention metrics
