  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs across trades, project management, engineering, and office support roles
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to onboarding—ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Use creative sourcing strategies to find top talent in a competitive labor market
  • Represent our company at job fairs, trade schools, and networking events
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and hiring dashboards
  • Champion employer branding initiatives to highlight our culture and career paths

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction or skilled trades
  • Strong understanding of job boards, social media recruiting, and workforce pipelines
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines with precision and professionalism
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of labor regulations and EEO compliance (a plus)
